Important: When QA mode toggle is enabled, all device data is stored and retrieved from the QA database, accessible from the Cloud.

QA Mode Use Case

  • This toggle is used to enable a QA Operator to verify the quality of work from the original operator.

  • When devices are connected to a QA Mode station it reports to the QA DB in the Cloud portal

  • In the QA DB, there is a column named “QA Mode”.

  • If the station is QA Mode enabled it will show “Yes” and the original operator will show “No” for the same IMEI/Serial.

Flow for Checking Quality

  1. “Station A” QA Mode disabled, connect a device, tests, and completes the device

  2. “Station B” QA Mode enabled, connects the same device, tests, and completes the device

  3. Supervisors can export the QA DB to view the differences between for that Unique Serial/IMEI

Note: When set up properly the QA DB should have the Same IMEI/Serial show 2 times.

  • “No” equals the original operator

  • “Yes” equals the QA Mode operator
