Note: Use the windows installer version of iTunes not the Microsoft Store version. The Microsoft Store doesn't have the drivers included.
How to download iTunes Windows OS installer
Direct download link: https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64
If unable to open the link, head over to https://apple.com/itunes, or search Apple iTunes by a search engine.
Once being able to access link, the user must select Windows version
Once the download file has opened, the user may go ahead and start the iTunes installation suite. Next > Install
Accept install and enter ADMIN credentials if needed to continue.
Continue through the set up until you reach the end and FINISH the install.
