Go to Finder > Applications

Delete the Phonecheck App

Empty the trash

If you have new files follow the Mac install guide

Go to Control Panel (If windows 10 use the windows search)

Click "Uninstall a program" under the Programs category. (Programs and Features)

Double click Phonecheck in the list to uninstall it, or click Phonecheck then the "Uninstall" button.

Follow the prompts till the program is removed
