The Network Connectivity Test is used in both iOS & Android devices to test if the device is able to place a call. Phonecheck confirms a device's Network Connectivity by making a phone call with a Sim Card inserted. Depending if the call is able to be performed with the given sim card inserted, the test will pass or fail accordingly.

Requirements:

  • iOS or Android device with Sim Tray.

  • Sim Card (Inactive for Sprint & Verizon - Active for T-Mobile and AT&T)

  • Tests: Network Connectivity, Sim Reader, Call Test
User can confirm Active Tests in a station via Test List Info:

(If dual-sim devices need both tray slots tested,
Network Connectivity 2 & Sim Reader 2 can be activated.

Contact Support to Enable Tests)

How to Perform:

Android

  1. Insert Sim Card into the device before powering on the device

  2. Install the Phonecheck App on the device.

  3. Once you reach the call test

  4. Press on the telephone icon to perform a phone call. (611 Recommended)

    • If the call connects - Test Passes.

    • If the call does not connect - Test Fails.

iOS:
