Apple has set a standard for iOS batteries, stating a normal battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles when operating under normal conditions.

Phonecheck will now have a default setting, the 'Battery Warning' message, a defect warning that will appear if an iOS device’s battery is less than 80% Battery Health or when an iPhone has an internal Battery Health message.

Note:

  • Even if Battery Health and Fail Criteria Settings have been set up in Phonecheck, these are separate criteria. (BH-A, BH-B, BH-C, and BH-D)

  • The Battery icon will show a red icon even if Battery Warning is disabled, disabling the 'Battery Warning' will only ignore the defect.

How to disable Battery Warning in Phonecheck.

  • Open Cloud Customizations in Phonecheck and go to Diagnostics > iOS.

  • Move the Battery Warning slider to the Disable position (See Image)

  • Green=Enable / Red=Disable

  • Save your changes to your Customization Profile
