Instructions to Create a Vendor Login
Go to Phonecheck's Cloud Portal > Customization > Tester Logins
Tester Name (First and Last Name)
Tester Username (Login Username for Vendor)
Tester Email (Email associated to Vendor Login)
Password (Login Password for Vendor)
Select Role: Vendor
Select Warehouse: (Optional)
Select Region: (Location of Vendor)
Permission: Read Only
Select "Add Vendor"
Enter password used to login to the main Cloud Portal account (Master Password)
Instructions to Login to the Cloud Portal using a Vendor Login
Go to Phonecheck's Cloud Portal
https://cloudportal.phonecheck.com
Enter Vendor Login Username into "Username" field followed by the @companyname
(Example: johndoe@phonecheckoffice)Enter Password for Vendor Login into "Password" field
Confirm CAPTCHA
Sign in
Instructions to Download Certificates (Individual and Bulk)
Download Individual Certificates
Cloud Lookups → Device Lookup
Enter Device Information to Lookup (Enable Archive Search)
Search
Download A4 and/or Erasure Certificates under A4 Reports column
Download Bulk Certificates
Cloud Lookups → Bulk Lookup
Download "Bulk Lookup" Template
Enter Device Information onto Lookup sheet, save and rename
(Do NOT include the words "bulk lookup" in the file name)Select File to Upload
Enable Archive Search
Upload
Download Bulk Certificates option will appear
Download A4 and/or Erasure Certificates
