Setup Inventory SKU | Phonecheck Help Center
The Inventory SKU feature allows you to assign your own customized SKU codes to specific device models and configurations. This helps keep your inventory organized and aligned with your internal catalog or grading structure.
Follow the steps below to set up and upload your SKU data.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to Phonecheck Cloud
Go to:
https://cloudportal.phonecheck.com/cloud/login
Enter your credentials to access the Cloud Portal.
2. Navigate to Custom SKU Settings
On the left-hand menu, select:
Customization > Custom SKU Settings
3. Go to the Inventory SKU Tab
Click the Inventory SKU tab at the top of the page.
4. Enable Inventory SKU Settings & Download Template

Toggle Inventory SKU Settings ON.

Click Download SKU Template to get the Excel file used for uploading your SKU rules.
5. Fill Out the SKU Template
Open the downloaded template and enter the device details.
Required fields:
-
Model Number
-
Model Name
-
Storage
-
Color
-
Grade
-
Carrier
-
Touch ID Working
Make sure each row accurately reflects a device configuration you want to assign a SKU code to.
6. Add Your SKU Codes
In the SKU column, enter your desired SKU code for each device row.
Each unique device criteria you define must have a corresponding SKU code.
7. Save and Close the Excel File
Once all data has been filled in:

Save your completed template

Close the Excel file to ensure it uploads correctly
8. Upload Your SKU Sheet
Return to the Inventory SKU page and select Upload.
Choose the completed template from your computer and submit it.
Once uploaded, your customized SKUs will automatically apply to matching devices during processing.
