Introducing Phonecheck Relay - Always-On iOS Device Reliability
Service Update: Strengthening iOS Device Processing Reliability
Apple’s activation and verification services have experienced intermittent strain across the industry. These services are a shared dependency used broadly throughout the device ecosystem, and the impact was not isolated to Phonecheck, similar slowdowns and timeouts were observed by providers across the market.
We appreciate your patience during this period and would like to recognize the Phonecheck team for their efforts in maintaining continuity. Our teams worked around the clock to reroute traffic, adapt workflows in real time, and communicate rapidly as conditions evolved, ensuring customers could continue processing devices with minimal disruption.
Phonecheck’s Commitment to Reliability
Reliability remains a core pillar of Phonecheck. To further strengthen service resilience during periods of Apple-side instability, we have enhanced our iOS device processing workflow with the introduction of Phonecheck Relay.
Phonecheck Relay is a new system designed to keep operations running smoothly even when downstream Apple services are congested or temporarily unavailable. This enhancement helps preserve processing velocity while maintaining the same OEM-aligned standards and compliance controls our customers rely on.
Phonecheck Relay is available exclusively on the latest version of Phonecheck Desktop and is enabled automatically—no configuration changes required.
