Custom SKU Codes in Phonecheck Cloud

Phonecheck allows you to generate custom SKU codes based on specific device characteristics, such as:

• Manufacturer

• Model

• Color

• Carrier

• Storage

• Grade

This helps you standardize inventory labels across your workflow.

Example SKU Format

Device Example:
Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max – T-Mobile – 128GB – Sierra Blue – Grade A

Custom SKU Example:
AP.iP13PM.TM.128.SB.A

Breakdown:

• Apple → AP

• iPhone 13 Pro Max → iP13PM

• T-Mobile → TM

• 128GB → 128

• Sierra Blue → SB

• Grade A → A

Note: This is an example of Phonecheck’s default SKU structure. You can fully customize the format to match your internal naming conventions.

How to Enable Custom SKU

1. Log in to the Cloud Portal:
   https://cloudportal.phonecheck.com/cloud/custom_sku

2. Navigate to:
   Customization → Custom SKU Settings

3. Toggle Enable to activate Custom SKU functionality.

4. Click Download SKU Template to get the editable file.

5. Make adjustments to the template as needed.

6. Upload the updated SKU file back into the portal.
   
   

How to Edit the Custom SKU Template

1. After downloading the template, open the Excel file to begin editing.

2. The Left Column represents the device attributes Phonecheck uses to identify a device.

   • These values are case-sensitive.

   • Do not edit the Left Column—you may only add new rows if needed.

   
   

3. The Right Column contains the SKU text that appears in your final SKU code.

   • This is the column you can edit to modify or customize the SKU output.
