Whitelist and Security Recommendations
To ensure optimal functionality for Phonecheck team members and clients, we recommend allowing access to the following websites and ports. The listed URLs and ports should be exempt from all network restrictions to enable Phonecheck to properly load, initialize, and fully process Android and iOS devices.
Phonecheck programs and applications are hosted on AWS S3. Access to these files is subject to certain restrictions, including geo-restrictions that prevent software downloads from specific regions. Additionally, AWS enforces security measures to block IP addresses with poor reputations.
Once downloaded, the Phonecheck software includes built-in authentication and authorization protocols to determine user access to various components.
Some of our recommendations are designed to enhance team support and overall service quality. Third-party platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Apple, Google, Intercom, and Amazon serve as essential tools in this process. While we do not mandate these changes, we strongly recommend implementing them for an optimal Phonecheck experience.
