Performing a Clean Install.
If you have a previous version of PhoneCheck installed on your Microsoft Windows computer, a clean install is recommended.
Steps
Uninstall PhoneCheck using Microsoft Windows Programs and Features in Control Panel or uninstall from Apps & features (Windows Start button>Settings>Apps).

Delete the PhoneCheck folder located in C: Program files (x86)\PhoneCheck SM.
