The Cloud Device Lookup feature in Phonecheck Desktop allows users to quickly locate, reprint labels, or make limited edits to devices that have already been processed — without needing to reconnect or retest the device.
💡 Key Benefits
1. Reprint Labels Without Reprocessing
If you need to reprint a label for a device that’s already been processed, you can easily do so using Cloud Device Lookup. This saves time and prevents unnecessary reprocessing.
2. Edit Device Information
You can make limited edits (such as updating or correcting certain fields) directly from your database through Cloud Device Lookup — ensuring your records stay accurate and up to date.
How to Use Cloud Device Lookup
Step 1: Open Cloud Device Lookup
Under the “Transactions” menu in the Phonecheck Desktop, select “Cloud Device Lookup.”
Step 2: Search for a Device
Locate the device using any of the six available search methods:
Step 3: Reprint or Edit
Once you’ve found the device, select it from the results list.
You’ll see two available options:
🖨️ Print Icon – Reprint the label for the selected device.
✏️ Edit Button – Make limited edits to the device information.
