PhoneCheck Cloud portal gets the response from the Apple Servers, sometimes devices that are locked on the device level are not able to make communication to the Apple Servers to update the status.
The devices must be activated to the Apple Server to get an updated response
This can be achieved by:
Resetting the Phones - they must land back on the Activation Screen
Reconnecting the devices to Phonecheck.
Once Phonecheck is able to complete the PEO process on the Phone, it will look to the Device and confirm its Status with the Apple Server.
FMI Box will be:
GREEN for OFF
RED for ON
