How to use Previous Transaction in the desktop

Previous Transaction Option Bar

A. Show All toggle: Enable to view all devices connected to this station. Otherwise, it will only show the current transaction.

B. Delete/Continue/Change transactions: Delete transaction will delete a transaction of your choosing. Continue transactions will continue a previous transaction selected. Change transaction will change currently selected devices to a chosen transaction.

C. Select/Select All: You may either check the select box for each device to select or use the select button to bring up a list of devices that may be chosen. Select all will select all devices provided on the page.

D. Print: Print will give the ability to print or reprint labels

E. Edit: Edit allows the user to change fields such as Color, Grade, Notes, etc.

F. Date Filter/Search: Enabling the Date Filter will allow the user to select a custom date range. The search will apply the selected date filter to take effect.

G. Cloud Device Look Up: Cloud Device Look Up will bring up a field where the user can input either IMEI, SERIAL, or LPN which will then pull that device from the Cloud on to the station. Only devices previously connected under the account will be available.

How to create a New Vendor/Invoice Transaction

  1. Click on "New Transaction" in PhoneCheck 

  2. Click on "Update Vendor Info" to give vendor transaction a name and Invoice number 

  3. You are now set up with a new Vendor/Invoice transaction.

How to continue a Previous Vendor Transaction

  1. Open Previous Transaction 

  2. Disable the "Show All" toggle

  3. Click on the "Select" button to choose the Vendor/Invoice transaction you would like to continue

  4. Select the Vendor/Invoice Transaction from the list 

  5. Click on the "Continue Transaction" button 

  6. (Ensure Vendor/Invoice information is displayed correctly on top left corner)
    Now you can continue to process devices on Phonecheck to have them added to that continued transaction 

Editing a specific device in a Previous Transaction

  1. Open Previous Transaction

  2. Disable the "Show All" toggle 

  3. Click on the "Select" button to choose the Vendor/Invoice transaction you would like to edit

  4. Click on the "Edit" button on the line item you would like to edit

  5. Click on the field you would like to edit.

  6. When complete with edits you have two options to complete the edits.

  7. Selecting "EDIT" - which will save changes made.

  8. Selecting "EDIT & PRINT" - which will save changes and Print your default label selected in customizations.

Move Device(s) from One Transaction to Another

  1. Open Previous Transaction 

  2. Disable the "Show All" toggle

  3. Click on the "Select" button to choose the Vendor/Invoice transaction in which the device is located in

  4. Next, select the line items that you would like to move to a different transaction. 

  5. Select the "Change Transaction" from your options bar at the top. 

  6. Then select the transaction you wish to move the line item(s) to, and click "Select
