Profiles are created from the Phonecheck desktop, pushed to the cloud, and assigned to stations.
Setup a single station the way you want with all grades, conditions, etc. Then follow the steps below to update all stations the same.
Creating a Customization Profile on the Desktop
In the Phonecheck desktop application, upon changing and leaving the page, a prompt will appear to save/update your settings for this station.
When selecting “Yes” another prompt will ask will to Enter the Customization Profile Name.
Enter the name of the profile "i.e. Auto erase and power off"
Click the Enter button to save your profile to the Cloud.
Edit the Customization Profile name on the Cloud Portal
First, you must log in to the Phonecheck Cloud Portal
Ask a Phonecheck support rep if you don't know your portal credentials
Once, you are in the Cloud portal
Head over to Customization → Assign Customizations
Here you will see a list of all the Profiles synced to the Cloud Portal
Go to the Action column and click the Edit button to edit the name of the Profile
Blue Botton - Edit
Red Button - Delete
Assigning customization profiles to stations
Customization → Assign Customizations → Assign Customization tab
On this page, you can assign a customization profile to a station
You may assign different customization profiles for each station or the same for all.
You may select a Master Customization Profile at the top to be pushed to all stations.
Enable the toggle for stations to accept the cloud profile on the next login.
If you change the Profile in the future, click the Update User button to push the new profile on the next login.
Toggle for the customization must be enabled following with selecting "Update User" to push this profile to the station.
The chosen station must be logged out and logged back into for this to take effect.
You may view what customization profile is currently active on your station by selecting "Test List" in the Phonecheck desktop application's left side panel.
Note: If a customization setting is changed in the Phonecheck desktop application and a new profile was not created, then upon login, the settings will be reverted to the previous configuration.
