Cloud DB
To export your Cloud DB, go to the Cloud Portal and navigate to the "Cloud Reporting System" -> "Cloud DB".
On this page, you may filter out columns and select the date range with what you would like to be shown on your exported file. Selecting CSV, Excel or PDF will result in exporting in the selected file type.
Note: Devices processed older than 3 months will have to be exported through "reports in CSV"
Reports in CSV
To export devices that were processed older than 3 months will have to be completed through "Reports in CSV"
To do this, navigate to "Reports in CSV" -> "Custom Reports".
On this page, you may select your desired date and range and download older Cloud-DB Reports.
