If the application is unable to install onto a phone, it may signify there is an intermittent connection from the computer to the device.
Problem: If the Windows or Macintosh Admin Credentials has special characters - it will not allow Phonecheck to communicate with a correct file path.
Solution: The local Administrator's Name will be changed to remove special characters.
1. Open Control Panel
2. Open User Accounts
3. Open Change Your Account Name
4. Remove accents from the Name.
