When trying to restore a device, there may be a feature that prevents you from doing so.
This acts as a "hard stop" & it is accustomed to taking the device to a Restore Station for further processing.
If the user-guided request is stopped & a message prompt reads: AUTO RESTORE PREVENTED - RESTORE REQUIRED
It is due to REQUIRED FIELDS. This section is found within:
Customizations > General > Required Fields
The user may review which field must be completed prior to proceeding forward with the Restore - or disable this feature.
