How to change the default Test Call number in App

In this SOP we will cover the steps on how to correctly change the test call number for your test call using the Cloud Portal.

I. REQUIREMENTS

CLOUD PORTAL URL LINK: HTTPS://CLOUDPORTAL.PHONECHECK.COM CLIENT USERNAME AND PASSWORD (CONTACT PHONECHECK SUPPORT IF NEEDED)

II. INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Open web browser and use link provided above to open PhoneCheck Cloud Portal

  2. Login to the Cloud Portal using credentials (Cloud Username and Password)

  3. Look for and open “Customization” tab on the left side panel

  4. Open “Test App Customization”

  5. Enter the custom plan name in the “Enter Test Plan Name” field

  6. Check “Custom Number for Test Call” box

  7. Enter preferred Test Call Number in the “Custom Number for Test Call” field

  8. Select “Create Test Plan”

  9. Look for and open “Assign App Customization” tab on the top right of the page

  10. Select the dropdown under the “Select App Customization” according the username you want to assign the test plan to

  11. Select Created Test Plan name

  12. Hit “Update User” on the right hand side

  13. Sign out and log back in to the PhoneCheck desktop application

  14. Done
