Why I have extra tests showing or why I'm I missing tests on some of my devices?

Understand the Process

When a device is connected we perform a process of pushing the test list to the device.

Requirements

  • The operator must wait until the device square shows a green header before opening the App on the device

  • If the operator opens the App on the device before the test list has been saved in the App it will show the default tests from the App instead.

Solution

  • The operator should tap the "Back" button and then the "Reset" button in the app.

  • This will adjust the test list on the device, and the operator can scroll down to confirm the test is removed or added.

  • Restart the Auto testing by tapping the "Start" button.

  • Enable "Auto Open iOS App" under Customization > General to prevent the operator from opening the app to soon.
